Is this presidential race shaping up to be based on the RACE CARD?

Reading Yahoo today, I found that two SC senators are voting for Clinton. One of the SC senators named Ford said he was going for Clinton because if he went for Obama "Then everybody else on the ballot is doomed," Ford said. "Every Democratic candidate running on that ticket would lose because he's black and he's at the top of the ticket — we'd lose the House, the Senate and the governors and everything." Do you think if Obama wins the Dem. ticket, would all white Americans then vote Republican because their candidate is white. Secondly why is their this race hate evident in the senators assumption that black people will bring down the ticket. It is like crabs in a bucket mentality. The black senator is already trying to bring Obama down before he can do anything productive

I agree with you 100%. I think most white americans would rather see a woman win the presidential election than to have a black man run this country. The only thing that concerns me about Obama is the lack of experience that he has. Clinton has years of experience not to mention she is married to the man who did more for our country 8 years than bush only wishes he could do. She will bring back that Clinton touch that america needs.
