Is this all there is?

I went into Clinton's Cards today and I've just seen my life flash before me and I'm only 15. "Congrats on new born, Well done in your GCSE's. You are now 18 years., Passed your driving test, Congrats on getting married, New baby, new house new job life begins at 40, silver wedding, sympathy on your loss" That's it- Might as well pack it in now and jump in the river.

Is this all there is?

Reply:LOL My dad always said to me..once you turn 18, it's all downhill from there. I'm now nearly 31..and I'm thinking he was right. LMAO! But, you always have 21 to look forward to. And 25 seems to be a milestone as well. Wait till 30..you are actually classified as an adult in the eyes of the OTHER adults.

Reply:There's a million things Clintons don't do cards for!! I think there should be a "congratulations on being alive" card. Life's an adventure, and if you view it that way and just embrace the moment then it's a lot of fun.


I'm learning to do that at the moment, and it's fun. I'm looking forward to everything, even when the rain comes! Being alive is fabulous and there's more to it than houses, babies and dying! Clintons just go for the things they can cash in on!
