I saw a speech last night and she basically said. If you elect Obama as the democratic nominee no one will vote for him because he's black.





he's basically saying that America is backward. She has no faith that Americans can see past race. She is counting on biggots to win. What's her deal. She is the only won in this election playing the race card...

Link? Because this sounds like a load of crap. If you can't prove she said such a thing, it's because she didn't. Make all the personal interpretations you wish, if she actually said that it would be front page news today.





EDIT: People who were there for Obama were booing her. Wow, shocking. Of course they were booing her, they're Obama supporters. I watched your link. There was nothing coy at all about what she was saying and she said nothing that indicated any reference to race at all. If you got that from anything she said I'm amazed. Can you even tell us what she "coyly" said that intimated that? Because I watched the whole thing and there was nothing that indicated this. During the time period you mention she said two things in general about what candidate should be nominated:


"Who will be the best President on Day One?"


and


"Who can we nominate who can go the distance against the Republicans?"


Neither of which even comes close to suggesting what you say she did.

Reply:First of all, talk about the race card. Most black people have no clue what he stands for, he is just the token black guy that the black community is voting for. Odds are he won't be elected because the "people" he is depending on to vote him in office are not even registered voters and have no plans to. I find it rediculous that people can't listen to the candidate first without looking at them and seeing past their skin color or gender. As for Obama, we don't need some muslim, religious leader. He wouldn't make it as a leader. Not yet. If I hear one more person compare him to MLK I am going to scream. Do all well spoken together black men speaking in a crowd have to be compared to MLK?
