Why does Obama get away with playing the race card?

when it was clearly Obama's camp who brought it in, by twisting Bill Clinton's "fairy tale" remark which was about O's Iraq position, not candidacy, when it was Obama's surrogate Jesse Jackass Jr who said Hillary didn't cry for black people, when it was Obama's camp who said that Hillary's remark on the fact that it took political will, not just speeched to pass civil rights was racist, and most recently, calling the phone ad "racist"? WHY DO THEY GET AWAY WITH IT, but Ferraro gets trashed for speaking the truth?

Why does Obama get away with playing the race card?
The answer to this question is: Because we allow it to happen. And we need to stop allowing it at some point. I'm doing my part by voting for Hillary EVERY chance I get. Black folks need to wake up and realize that the Clintons as well as Ferarro have done way more for black people than Obama ever has. And it's funny to me the thanks they are recieving in return. Seems thats the way it works... i swear it's enough to turn a person racist if they weren't already.

Reply:because if a white person says anything that has to do with race they get in a lot of trouble for it. they seem to get pissed off at anything you say that even hints towards race. black people are way too defensive and think that everyone owes them something but they can call us crackers and we dont care. i dont get it either

Even the slightest little thing a white person says will be jumped on and they will get attacked but it's okay for blacks... what can we do about it. Reply:Why are white people so quick to pull the "he's pulling the race card" card? Blacks using their race to get an unfair advantage...yeh that happens sooo much. That's why we've NEVER had a black president in the history of our country. Black people don't "pull the race card" hardly ever, from my experience and I'm a white male in a city where my race is the minority. They usually are proclaiming that many white people are still intrinsically racist or prejudice without realizing it...like the poster here who wants to generalize and say that "black people are so defensive" and boo-hoo about how they're not allowed to use the N-word but "they can call us cracker." Yeh, almost the same thing since blacks oppressed, raped, slaughtered, bought and sold whites like they were pieces of farm equipment...all the while using that N-word to brainwash and instill deep feelings of self-loathing. Oh wait, that was what whites did to blacks. And don't tell me about how that was hundreds of years ago. Let me remind you we still haven't had a black president.
