im looking for reasons why. you have to accept that mccaine and hillary are the canidates to answer the question. Ive all ready set my mind about clinton and mccaine as the general canidates. overall i dont want to know who is going to win along with who your going to vote for because the election is going to look fairly close.
ill say it again, im not a conspiracy theorist but dont you think the government or the media or the electronic voting machines are going to choose are canidates for presidency?
dont you think, between Mccaine and Hillary, John Edwards looks like a pretty decent choice over both of them?
If Ron Paul runs as indepedent do think Clinton will win or Mccaine? or Ron Paul which would be a wild card win.
If John mccaine and Hillary Clinton are the general election canidates, who are you voting for?
NOT Hillary, for sure!!
Reply:McCain.
No, I most certainly do not think Edwards is a better choice than either McCain or Clinton.
It's hard to say what effect a Ron Paul independent candidacy would have on the other two principal candidates. My guess is that if Ron Paul is not on the ballot in November that most of his supporters are simply not going to vote for President - in which case it will make no difference to the election whether he's on the ballot as an independent or not on the ballot at all.
Reply:id vote for undeclared
Reply:Clinton. McCain has basically backed the President in just about everything I have opposed- environmental issues, immigration, the war, etc. I'm not voting for Bush's buddy. I think we've had enough of that joke.
Throw Edwards into the race and it is more interesting. But Ron Paul is a joke. If he runs as an independent, it will have little to no impact on the general election.
Reply:Hillary - her healthcare plan, her plan to create green collar jobs, her stance on the fact that if anyone were to set off a nuclear device in the Us that whoever is harboring those persons is accountable, meaning if they were a terrorist sect from one country yet hiding out in another the country they are hiding in is in trouble, her plan to create better lending practice laws. The fact that she wants to begin to bringing the troops home as soon as she get into office, the fact that when Bill Clinton was president everyone seemed a little happier, everyone seemed to be doing really well, and everything was a little easier.
Reply:Hillary has been on the Armed Services Committee for 5yrs and is very knowledgeable about how the military, Intelligence agencies and foreign affairs work (she'll keep us safe). Senator Clinton is the correct match-up against McCain on these issues.
Additionally, she's the best all-round candidate on the other important issues facing this country - and clearly beats McCain.
Edwards hates special interests %26amp; lobbyists so much that his agenda will focus on going after them and not taking care of other important issues.
Reply:Hillary, I'll never vote for another republican.
Reply:They both scare me so I would probably write in Alan Keys. Hillary is stead fast on universal health care and if you look at how it is working in Canada and the UK you as I do would scratch your head and say why? Both are for amnesty and I am very much against giving law breakers a head start over people who have been waiting in line to become U.S. citizens. Both will drive this country further tword being a 3rd world country and I love this country even with all it's faults so in all good conscience I could and would not vote fore either one.
Reply:I will probbably write in or vote 3rd party. I do not think that voting for evil (even if it is the 'lesser' of all the evils available) is the right thing to do.
I know that the media likes to think that it decides the elections. It would be awesome to prove them wrong, though!!
Ron Paul has already run many times as an independent. I hope that this time he WILL have enough votes to win.
However, if Ron Paul did go independent, he would probbably make Hillary and McCain look so alike and similar hat he would draw all of Thompson's and the other REAL conservative's votes.
Reply:Sen. McCain.

Reply:I will be voting for McCain in this case just to stop the Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton and so forth but if it were Obama or even Edwards I would vote for them. I am registered independent and will vote that way. But if it comes down to Mitt or Hillary I would vote independent I would vote for Hillary it came down to her or Rudy.
Reply:Clinton. She is awesome. Her husband was the greatest president of all time. She too exudes excellence. I already voted for her in the primaries. CLINTON '08!!!!!!!!!!
