Can you imagine if Obama said he could not win in Iowa becuase the state was 95% white? When he lost in NH by 2% he didnt blame white people. The Clintons have one state where the electorate is 50% black and they are pulling the race card? Thats amazing to me.

The media uses the race card. None of the (democratic) candidates are racist. You losers are the ones playing the race card. You the questioner are the ones using the race card. Get it through your head.

Reply:When I saw this story on Yahoo News page it made me angry. I do think the Clinton's are playing the race card. They're making this into race when it shouldn't be. It seems to me he's blaming blacks already in case his wife loses on Saturday, when he should be blaming himself and Hillary should be blaming herself. They turned off many voters not just blacks with their negative and false attacks against Obama.
Reply:I don't think you're playing a race card when you state the obvious. Obama is collecting 70% plus of the African American vote, plus a sizeable percentage of the rest of us. Hillary is doing well with the "woman" voter, as well as a sizeable percentage of the rest of us. Her appeal to women is less than Obama's appeal to blacks. Whoever gets the nod will eventually have to collect the majority of most voters. I don't know that either of those candidates can do that with their bickering, backbiting, and fractional support groups.

Reply:I completely disagree....the media is playing the race card since it's what gets the highest ratings. CNN posted an article online that was pretty dismissive of the African American population of SC, and justifiably received lots of complaints. So did they retract or clarify their statements? No, CNN is now using the backlash from their story as a new story ("lookit how much reaction we got!").





Once again you're not using this forum for questions and answers, merely to spread your propaganda and get people to agree with you. If you quote half of a statement it's not really the truth.
Reply:The purpose of Bill's statements is to lower expectations. They we inform the media that they can't win in SC, then a second place finish is technically a win as they will have set the expectations to defy the odds. This is what was accomplished in NH. After Iowa it was expected that Hillary couldn't win in NH, though the polls in NH showed that she had a 4 point advantage before the Iowa caucus.
