Reply:I am sorry that you do not really understand the SS trust fund. It does not exist. That is what was supposed to happen with all the SS funds but never did. SS was founded under FDR. The first SS card went to a woman in Texas, her SSAN was 000-00-0000. Once the first penny of SS funds were given to Congress for the supposed fund, Congress has been spending the money ever since. Clinton balanced the budget by veto power, NAFTA, and better spending. Remember when the government shut down because Clinton refused to sign the spending bill. That was when Monica showed him her thong.
