Reply:Bill didn't start the "race" issue. If you read the actual transcript of what Bill said, and Hillary for that fact; an intelligent person will see that their comments were twisted and misrepresented. The "race issue" was a direct result of Obama's black supporters in South Carolina looking for justification to betray the Clintons without it being obvious they were supporting Obama based solely on skin color. Then the media was thrilled to stir the entire pot and take the bait and blow the whole thing out of proportion. EVERYONE KNOWS, and refuse to admit, that Bill and Hillary has been long standing allies of the black community and Bill was known affectionately as "the first black president". This long standing history could not be easily dismissed by the black community in favor of a black candidate without some excuse, so they created the "race issue" in order to justify betraying the Clintons.
